Review Collection
Each review requires:
- Email verification (required for all reviews)

- Overall rating (1-5 stars)
- Detailed description of the customer experience
- Experience category (support, withdrawals, trading, etc.)
- Optional: Supporting evidence such as screenshots or transaction records
