CryptoReview implements a multi-layered verification system to ensure the authenticity of customer reviews. Our verification process is designed to maintain trust while being transparent about what we can and cannot verify.
Verification Levels
Each level represents an additional layer of trust confirmed for a review.
Verified Email
All reviewers must verify their email address before a review is published. This is the minimum requirement for any review on our platform. Email verification confirms that:
- The reviewer has access to the email address provided
- The review was submitted by a human (not an automated bot)
- The reviewer is a unique individual (we prevent duplicate email submissions)
Verified Experience
When reviewers provide supporting evidence such as screenshots, transaction records, or correspondence with the company, we review this evidence to confirm the experience described. This additional verification indicates that:
- The reviewer has documentation supporting their claims
- The experience described aligns with the evidence provided
- The review is based on a genuine interaction with the company
Evidence Reviewed
For reviews with substantial supporting evidence, we may perform a more detailed review. This level indicates that our team has examined the provided evidence and found it consistent with the review content.
What We Don't Verify
To maintain transparency, we clearly state what we do not verify:
- We do not verify the identity of reviewers beyond email confirmation
- We do not verify that reviewers are actual customers of the companies they review
- We do not verify the accuracy of all claims made in reviews
- We do not verify that reviewers have no conflicts of interest

Fraud Detection
